Photoshop has arrived and has now been installed! YAY.

My deviation dry spell may be nearing its end! It seems I'll be getting both a new camera lens as well as a copy of CS4 for holiday gifts, and I'm kind of excited. I found out that I actually can get a discount on Photoshop as a high school student, just not as much as much of a discount as I was hoping for. Regardless, I'll have Photoshop again, and hopefully I'll be back to creating. ^_^ As I've mentioned in journals previous, I idiotically dropped my camera on my back porch one day returning from photographing the horses. Unfortunately, the fall screwed up the lens. It still works, but the lens now blurs random portions of photos I tak

As I explained in my journal on my stock account (mondayeyed (https://www.deviantart.com/mondayeyed)), my camera is currently out of commission. I made this account in hopes of being able to do some photo-manip work, but so far, it's been a bit of a challenge. All of my old work was made on Photoshop Elements, which I had on my old HP laptop, which has since completely crashed. On my new Macbook (YEYMAC!), I downloaded the CS4 trial (which I liked quite a bit), but it only lasts 30-some days. Obviously, buying the full-price CS4 is out of my reach, and I'm not quite at the point where I can get the student discount. Which sucks. So, right now, though I've been aching to do so
